What is Rashtriya Utthaan?
Rashtriya Utthaan (Rashtriya Utthaan EduSpark) is a national-level initiative, headquartered in Bengaluru, committed to the holistic development of India’s educational institutions — through academic transformation, faculty empowerment, research culture, infrastructure planning and student-centred learning.
“Rashtriya Utthaan” means national upliftment. We believe India rises when its colleges rise. Our mission is to bridge the gap between industry and academia through continuous improvement frameworks, policy-level mentorship and innovation-driven learning systems.
Unlike a one-off audit, we work as a long-term partner: diagnosing where an institution stands, agreeing a practical roadmap with its leadership, and staying on campus to help teams implement it.

What does Rashtriya Utthaan do?
Rashtriya Utthaan is a higher-education development organisation based in Bengaluru. We work with colleges and universities to modernise curricula, train faculty, build research and innovation, improve student outcomes and placements, upgrade infrastructure and digitise governance — through diagnostics, multi-year plans and hands-on, on-campus implementation.
Which institutions do you work with?
We work with engineering, technology, management, science and multi-disciplinary colleges, autonomous institutions and universities — both established institutions that want to move up and newer institutions building strong foundations. Our current engagement is a 3-year strategic development programme with T. John Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.
Which areas do you serve?
We work exclusively with institutions in Bengaluru. Our office is in Kithaganur, East Bengaluru, which keeps us close enough to be on campus regularly — the way our work is meant to be delivered.
Can you help with NAAC, NBA or NIRF?
Yes. Our academic audits, gap analysis and quality-assurance work are structured around the expectations of national accreditation and ranking frameworks. We help improve the underlying practices and organise evidence. Accreditation grades and ranks are always decided independently by the assessing bodies.
